I am Catriona, the artist behind The Celtic Pathway. From a young age I’ve been drawn to the spiritual world of nature. I always loved reading myths and legends, fairytales and folklore. As I grew up I delved deeper into my spirituality, developing my own psychic and mediumship work to deepen my healing skills and art. I became a Celtic Shaman and Reiki Master, learnt to read Tarot and offer spiritual healing, through words, art and song.

I’ve always felt most connected to the natural world. It is the most grounding place for me, the woodlands and moors, the breeze and warmth of the sun, the cold waters in the rivers and lakes. I began reading into the Celts and Druids of my homeland, how they honoured and connected to the spirits of the land. This in turn lead me to practices of shamanism. Shamans can be found all over the world in many native cultures. All seek guidance and wisdom from nature, whether it is through journeying to the astral plain or communicating with plant spirits to aid healing. It was through my own shamanic journeys that I connected to the Ogham of the Druids and the works of art I share now came into this world.

The artwork you see now has been made from the visions and messages I have been inspired by whilst connecting to nature. Messages that have offered me healing and guidance as I’ve gone through my own highs and lows in life.

My hope now, is to share these, so that those who feel drawn to them can connect and receive guidance and healing where they need it.

Native peoples have always been deeply connected to an inner wisdom and the natural world in a way I believe we have lost, and I hope these artworks can help others to reconnect in their own way.
